After much anticipation, H&M Home is set to open its doors to India on 3rd March, 2022. The Swedish retailer is the latest to join the clique of major international furniture brands in India, after IKEA in 2019 and WestElm in 2021. While H&M has retail stores across India, the home collections will be available only on hm.com and on the e-commerce platform Myntra. The brand’s first collection in India rings in the Spring season and is all about colour; preparing for the brighter days ahead. The plethora of art, architecture, fashion, food, folklore, and the cultures of the world amalgamate into H&M Home, identifying styles that are of the moment and adapting trends to create collections that stimulate.

H&M Home is design-driven, offering fashion-forward decor and accessories for every room and style. With products for living, dining and kitchen, bed, bathroom, and kids, the assortment will range from bed linen and dinnerware to textiles; with contemporary style at its core. Their launch collection focuses on a sense of calm – shimmering glass elements, seagrass lanterns and modern boho-style rugs with prints that call for soft simplicity with a spiritual bent. Soft neutrals, abstract prints, and edgy shapes in pastel hues of lilacs, greens, and yellow will feature in the brand’s offerings, with bohemian elements realized in organic cotton and rattan.

By merging modern design and quality with sustainability and affordable prices, H&M Home is set to bring international sensibilities to Indian homes.
