ARCO MADRID
ARCOmadrid, Spain’s premier International Contemporary Art Fair, celebrates its 43rd edition in 2024 with a focus on the Caribbean. Curated by Carla Acevedo-Yates and Sara Hermann Morera, the program titled ‘The shore, the tide, the current: an oceanic Caribbean’ explores the artistic landscapes of this interconnected region. Alongside, ARCOmadrid 2024 presents works from galleries in the General Programme, as well as the ‘Opening’ section, curated by Cristina Anglada and Yina Jiménez Suriel, highlighting emerging galleries. The ‘Never the Same. The Latin American Art’ section, curated by José Esparza Chong Cuy and Manuela Moscoso, further solidifies the enduring relationship between ARCOmadrid and Latin American art.
