Ek Kalakaar creates objects that hold fragments of memory — of the Earth, gathered and reassembled over time. Yesterday they belonged to someone else, today they find meaning here, and tomorrow they may become yours. The studio is an exploration of materials that carry a second life, where design becomes a voice for stories that refuse to be forgotten. Rooted in an idea of parallel sustainability, Ek Kalakaar reimagines fragments destined for landfill into objects of intent and emotion. Founder Anurag Bhandari works with his hands to bring these ideas alive, which multiply into many more when a vision is realised through collaboration. This is not sustainability as a label, but consideration as a practice — thoughtful, intuitive, and deeply human.
