Twenty-five Ferraris travelled from Mumbai through Vadodara, Udaipur, Jaipur and Agra before arriving in New Delhi for its ultimate showcase. Setting the stage for Ferrari’s first-ever Universo Ferrari in India. Universo Ferrari debuted in India on 19 October 2026 at Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in New Delhi. Conceived as an immersive journey through the Ferrari universe, the exhibition at Hall 2 of the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre celebrates the prancing horse’s legacy, automotive spirit, and nonpareil design excellence. Inaugurated by Benedetto Vigna, Chief Executive Officer at Ferrari, it marks the fifth global edition, following the showcases at Maranello, Sydney, Seoul and Bangkok.
“Universo Ferrari is an invitation to experience the world of Ferrari in its entirety: our racing spirit, our sports cars, our lifestyle, our heritage, and our constant drive to innovate. The first edition in India reflects the importance we place on building an enduring relationship with this nation and its growing community of Ferraristi, clients and enthusiasts,” said Vigna, echoing the marque’s heritage and racing spirit.
A Journey Through The Ferrari Universe
Bringing together the three pillars of the Prancing Horse, Racing, Sports Cars and Lifestyle, Universo Ferrari offered an immersive exploration of the world of Ferrari in its entirety. The experience comprised the marque’s current sports car range, Ferrari Luce, the Tailor Made India project, a bespoke design collaboration with design students from the National Institute of Design, Ferrari Classiche and the Ferrari Hypersail. At the racing displays, visitors discovered Ferrari’s most celebrated machines, from Formula 1 cars to the triple Le Mans-winning 499P and the 269 GT3. From contemporary sports cars to limited-production hypercars, the 849 Testarossa Spider, the Ferrari 12 Cilindri Spider, the Ferrari Amalfi Spider and the F80 were all under one roof. The Ferrari Luce was presented through a dedicated exhibition offering a peek into the ideas, technologies and craftsmanship poured into it. The showcase’s curation was as striking as the car lineup, with the unmistakable Rosso Corsa red of the Ferraris set atop glossy black. Beyond land-based motorsport, the exhibition also featured the pioneering Ferrari Hypersail project, bringing the Prancing Horse’s spirit to the open seas.
The highlight is the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti at the exhibition, which revisited the 2008 Magic India Discovery Tour, a 13,000-kilometre tour of the country on the Scaglietti, which was driven by as many as 50 international journalists. Finished in Ferrari’s signature red with white stripes, the car bears the words ‘Magic India Discovery’ alongside a Ganpati graphic inspired by Indian mandala motifs. Set against a large archival photograph capturing the tour’s departure from Mumbai, on the car’s rear is an inscription, ‘Left Hand Drive,’ in Devanagari, adding a distinctly Indian touch. This display revisited a memorable chapter in the marque’s association with India.
