The restaurant is meticulously adorned with lively and vibrant interiors, serving dual purposes as a party-ready venue with its lofty ceilings, arched corridors, Talavera tiles, and captivating Mexican murals adorning the walls.

The introduction of Mehico not only addresses the culinary void for authentic Mexican experiences in Kolkata but also does so for two primary reasons. Firstly, Mehico adopts a technique-forward approach to its bar, emphasising masterful blending techniques and skilled mixology that seamlessly merge classic flavours with contemporary methods. Cobo is a nature-inspired venue designed by Karishma Mehta, that transforms from day to night with ease. Boasting abundant natural light that enhances its various spaces and cleverly designed fixtures for the evening, it’s a perfect all-day dining experience. Featuring a glasshouse with a high ceiling and mezzanine, it leads to a semi-outdoor area with a retractable roof and private cabana seating. A striking red bamboo paper light installation dominates the glasshouse, while the semi-outdoor area boasts an S-shaped acrylic divider, adorned with snake plants for a touch of elegance. Subtle beiges and browns with hints of orange define the semi-outdoor colour palette, complemented by giant light green floor-mounted installations inspired by morning glory flowers.
